Just toured the various homes with Jason to see what there was available. It was a great experience and a beautiful place. He did a great job and put no pressure on us. Very easy tour of the whole place.
When this was owned by the Moceri Family it was an amazing place for residents and staff, but once Storypoint took over the place has gone downhill. Let’s start with the executive director never being around and leaving all of his responsibilities to the rest of the managers. Residents go to him with concerns and he will just brush them off, to the point they just stopped going to him. Beautiful facility and the staff is so kind. We have been working with John in sales and he has been exceptional to work with. He is very helpful and has been a pleasure to communicate with. We are very impressed!
Very happy living in Rochester and I really like all the employees. Some of them are really close and understanding.
