Woman at front was rude and abrupt. She rushed through my entire spa pedicure and I finished before the woman there before me. Water was cold. The girl clearly didn’t know how to massage. Very demanding and little communication about anything. I mentioned I had a bad blister on my ankle and she completely ignored me and made me bleed. Also didnt know how to paint. Used her finger nail at least 10 different times and still turned out awful

There was good and bad about the service here. I got a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was okay, the massage was great. But the women attempted to cut my feet cuticles after drying my feet, which made the experience painful. The lady who did my nails stopped half way through to assist another new customer leaving gel on my nail. I had to ask her to clean it off before assisting the next customer. Kim did an AMAZING JOB!! Im hard to please so I was so excited and impressed .Claudia gave me a super relaxing neck massage while I got my hands massaged which was Heaven. 5 star service and I cant wait to go back !
