Blossom Moments has been my husband's go-to florist for years now, and I've received 20+ bouquets from them at this point. In the beginning I would have rated them 5 stars, for their artistry and care with which they would put together arrangements. However, recent bouquets have been a bit subpar in terms of design. I rarely ever leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. My husband and I came here after a friend's recommendation, planning to order coffee and work for a bit. While I stood in line to place our order, he politely asked an employee named Alena about the Wi-Fi. Instead of a welcoming response, she immediately snapped, “It’s for customers only.” When he clarified that we were in fact ordering, she dismissed him again and told us to just use the mall Wi-Fi. I had an excellent experience with this florist. The flowers, arrangement, delivery time, and presentation box were all perfect. Even with a phone order for a funeral, I trusted them to choose the flowers and was very satisfied. Highly recommended, I’ll definitely order again for happy occasions.
I ordered flowers from Blossom Moments for a family funeral in Toronto while I was far away in Australia. They made a beautiful arrangement, even better than what I saw on their website, and delivered it the same day. The tracking system worked perfectly, which gave me peace of mind.
