Worst experience ! Never coming back ! Tech misses spots on purpose to charge you extra , choose another laser spot place with a better customer service and educated technicians !
I bought 6 session package and I had no issues for the first 4 sessions, service was amazing and I had great results. The company was called blossomlaser now renamed to ilaseryou operated by the same unprofessional people. When I scheduled my 5th session, I show up to the office and it was closed. I call them and they say that I wasn’t on the schedule even though the lady confirmed with me a day prior and they rescheduled me to two days later. I had an excellent experience with my esthetician Sophia. She was very very nice and welcoming which is very important in this customer service world we’re in. She was very attentive and detailled I had a wonderful experience with her and overall made me fell super comfortable with her. Thank you
