Fantastic hotel !! Beautiful inside and out. Highly recommend. Everything was perfect.
Great outside appearance of the hotel once I arrived. I did want to complain about the valet parking fee and the $100 an night security deposit charge that I had no acknowledgment of but Tori was able correct everything for me right on the spot and even put me in a better room. The room was very spacious, luxurious and clean. Bathroom was very clean and big. Love the marble floors. Stayed two nights and had professional service, beautiful hotel, top notch luxury experience for sure. Smooth check in from valet to the roof top pool, the employees were accommodating & the rooms where spacious and clean. I will be returning for sure. Thank you.
(Backstory below) This review and the 5 stars above is specifically for Jeremy Ortiz. Not only did he kindly take care of the issue and noticed how upset I was, but he effectively and as quickly as he could, resolved my issue. He calmed me down as I was super stressed and continued to be a professional. I understand it was holiday weekend and the hotel was super busy but he took his time to help me when not even the hotel manager would or any of the staff for that matter.
