Drita & Linda are rude and unfair I worked a 12 hour shift and now I can’t get paid for it because I didn’t pick up for any other shifts. Very horrible place to work doesn’t pay you for training. Pass meds without certification.
I was a Caregiver/ Trainer for Syed (owner) for a year working with the wonderful ladies and I absolutely loved it! A group home job is very rewarding and Syed is a very understanding, helpful, and desirable person to work for. In fact, I was in a financial hardship at the time … he went above and beyond to help me. I loved coming here and providing my very best care everyday! After awhile, I became a trainer to train new employees on their individualized care plans and the blossom hill way!
Whatever you do!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY MEMBER HERE! He is responsible for several deaths during covid and his neglect. I witnessed it all. Trust me when I tell you that he is only out for your money! I was forced to fake a menu and serve frozen meals, leave residence that were clearly sick with covid in their beds because he didn't want to send them out, he allowed a resident to sit and rot in her bed (NANCY) because of his negligence! Keep your family away from him!!
Whatever you do!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY MEMBER HERE!! HE IS PHONY! HE LIES! HE FEEDS THE SENIORS FROZEN FOOD ACTING LIKE HES SERVING GOURMET MEALS!
This is a highly professional run business! I highly recommend it to the families that are interested in finding a great, warm home for their loved ones!
