After being prescribed something for my 2 year old son that out of stock nationwide and being told I have to get pharmacy to email saying it's out of stock and what they would recommend a replacement. I go to the pharmacy who say they are not doctors and not allowed to recommend replacement it has to come from the doctor. Call up and reception stand by they need pharmacy to do it.
