After being prescribed something for my 2 year old son that out of stock nationwide and being told I have to get pharmacy to email saying it's out of stock and what they would recommend a replacement. I go to the pharmacy who say they are not doctors and not allowed to recommend replacement it has to come from the doctor. Call up and reception stand by they need pharmacy to do it. I put a repeat prescription in at Drs on 29th 5.30pm and it’s now the 4th and still No prescription signed today. I was told that it would be signed yesterday by end of practice. Now awaiting end of practice today. Gabapentin is not a tablet that you can just suddenly stop. I have been with this practice for 20 plus years and I can honestly say in all the years never have I had a problem like this.
