Secound appointment for hair colour today .First appointment little disappointing as the regrowth came out gold but was promised next time would be better .I came again today and it was worse regrowth gold and hair grey with hints of purple ..was again told wait a few days for it to settle They honestly have no idea on colour .I could not go to work looking the way it did so went somewhere else straight after and now fixed . They should have offered me a discount as I wasn't happy with it but I won't be back .So disappointin... read more
