Second time here ,and definitely my last. A different woman did my eyebrows this time and her attitude was next level rude. Zero customer service, and it felt like I was bothering her just by showing up. After threading, she didn’t even offer a tissue to wipe off the leftover hair (basic courtesy, hello?), then gave me a whole attitude because I only had a $20 bill — like it’s my fault she didn’t have change. This has been my go-to place for haircuts and eyebrow threading. Mandy is always professional and attentive. When I was unsure about what hairstyle to go with for the summer, she offered her honest advice—suggesting I keep my hair length instead of cutting it short, as I had originally planned.
