No service and unreliable - Ordered same day delivery for a passing of a family member. They took my order, confirmed my order for same day delivery, but did NOT deliver the flowers. Customer services called me three days later to confirm my order and delivery. I was upset these did not get delivered to Agassiz from Agassiz the same day. I have now cancelled my order and will not use their service in the future. Two hours later, and I still do not have my cancellation email.
The ladies there did outstanding job on my flower arrangements for my wedding. The smell was so nice and the boutonnières and corsages were perfect, and my bouquet was absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend them for any event. Thnk you ladies.
