If I could give no stars I would, paid extra for an arrangement to be delivered the same day only to be told at the end of the day they don't have what I ordered that it would be delivered the next day.....ok fine. Then the next day arrives and I'm told to pick something else they still don't have it. Asked for a refund and it's been almost 2 weeks and still no refund! Stay away use a reputable service like 1800Flowers!
I wanted to send flowers to a cardiovascular doctor whose office is inside of Memorial Hospital, the same hospital where Blossom Floral is located. I needed help maneuvering to get the flowers to this doctor as I live in a city located on the East Coast. With all the help from the young woman who took my call she put me at ease as she explained the types of arrangements available and made sure that the flowers would be delivered with the care and sentiment I expected.
