Your main point of contact is the nurses. Kayla is not there every day and is very kind and understanding. Alicia, who you will probably be working with the most, is condescending, dismissive, and doesn't have time to talk out the risks and your concerns. Seriously, talk about making a painful and difficult journey way worse than it needed to be. Dr. Johnson is kind and respectful. The secretaries were so kind and really went the extra mile at times. We had a wonderful experience with some ups and downs. After four failed attempts we now have a one week old baby girl. Thank you Dr. Johnson and all your staff!

Working with this clinic was very disappointing. It was really hard to be collaborative with them mainly with Dr Johnson but even some of the nursing staff threw me under the bus/minimized my concerns. Had one incident of the secretarial staff insensitive as well. Overall, terrible.
