I placed an order for a birthday delivery. Two days later and they still haven’t been delivered. If I could rate zero stars I would.

Ordered online from the website they provide in google. Flowers were never delivered and when I called customer service the person on the phone did not help at all even though I explained I was charged, had a confirmation order and everything. She kept saying I ordered in the wrong place.. How come? I literally called the number on the confirmation email and confirmed with her the location. I asked what can we do and she just said I did not order with them. Flowers were for a birthday. Just sad.
