After using this service for two years the owner texted me that they were no longer cleaning our house because they didn't feel comfortable coming anymore( she texted me this the day before they were due to come). A few weeks ago when they came the girls cleaning the fan somehow broke the ceiling fan and it fell from the ceiling. I reported it to her the same day. Our family has been a customer of Blossom Cleaning Svcs for over 12 years, every 2 weeks. Learned of the company through a neighbor. Excellent results and we became loyal fans. I pass along their contact information any time the conversation steers toward their services. I don't hesitate to let anyone I'm talking to that I gave the owner a raise.
