Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my experience at Blossom. My girlfriend and I drove about an hour to visit, and for us, it ultimately wasn’t worth the trip. We ordered a matcha latte and a regular latte, and unfortunately, both were undrinkable. The coffee tasted burnt, while the matcha had a very grassy taste. For food, we ordered a strawberry Japanese souffl� pancake and a vanilla Japanese souffl� pancake. I ordered French toast and it was really disappointing. First of all it was definitely not Challah, it was just 4 very small triangles of a plain bread. The berries were a half a strawberry and one blueberry on each triangle. For these small pieces of toast the charge $16.75. There are other places in town who give you a scope of berries with your much more substantial pieces of French toast. We enjoyed sitting outside but definitely not the food. It was not good value for the money.
