Disgusting customer service I had to follow up undelivered order, was told there had been a mistake but hadn't been notifed. I requested early morning delivery for the next day, not delivered until almost 5pm the next day. Couldn't even be bothered to respond to my email requesting information about my order when it wasn't delivered still waiting 2 days later for a response. Worst customer service ever. Giving a one star due to lack of communication and no updates during delivery. Parts of flowers were healthy but some were literally dead. Had to spoil the surprise for the birthday girl because I didn’t get an update on my end they just left it at the front at 6pm. She wouldn’t have known it was outside and she saw it the next morning drenched in water from the rain. Tried to communicate with Daisy but no one picked up my calls and texts.
