Archana is great here. I have had threading/waxing done at a number of places in Manhattan and in Brooklyn and this place is solid value, professionalism, and convenience. Archana is thorough, well-trained, and efficient and provides a different quality of service than others I have experienced here. I particularly appreciate the pressure points she hits in applying aloe after a threading session, its a nice notable touch.

I have been going here for a couple years, it gets the job done but pretty bad customer service. One time I was here and there was someone telling them that their workers do not have their licenses up to date to service people and they must renew before a certain court date. I come here for threading so this wasn’t as much of a problem for me; it was moreso the fact that the woman working on my brows kept stopping to listen in on the conversation - was not paying attention to me and doubled my time there. They do a good job threading my brows , they’re amazing ❤️❤️
