Just ordered an arrangement in a vase with a ballon. The arrangement arrived first. 2 hrs later the vase turned up. The vase looked 2nd hand because it was dirty. With all the good reviews I probably got them on a bad day. They give us a candle when they dropped the vase off, but the unusual flower delivery killed the moment a little. You can't respond to the owners reply below in the review but I never talked to anybody. Neither did my wife. Not sure they are referring to. Maybe a different customer.
The place I always go for any sort of large flower arrangement to single stems, staff are always so friendly and knowledgeable, website is easy to order from and no matter the request they have always been able to accommodate :) Most reliable flower shop I’ve ever been to
