This florist is beloved by all so I was quite disappointed when I placed my first order online, arrived to collect but it wasn’t made yet. I misinterpreted the website thinking same day service was available with pickup “usually ready in 2 hours”. 10:45am ordered, 3:30pm pick up attempt. The flowers I received were different to what I ordered and ripped from a display vase on the shop floor as I showed up unexpectedly, so they didn’t last perfectly until lunchtime the next day. The best of the best! I cannot thank the team at Blossom Box Co enough for their beautiful arrangement and customer service. The team went above and beyond expectations to meet my needs and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. I called in the morning asking for a bouquet of pink roses to which they made a specific order (on the same day might i add!!) to make this possible, and made last-minute adjustments without any hassle.
