Had an appointment with Katia. I showed up 15 min early stayed 15 min after my appointment started and she never showed up. I called another number which the manager answered. She said she would get in touch with her and call me back. She never called me back. This was my first experience with the salon. Calling back and just saying there was an emergency would be enough, but neither of them decided to call me back.
I booked a Brow Galore (tint, wax and lamination) with Diana after discovering her work through social media. This was my first time having anyone touch my eyebrows, and I was anxiously anticipating the results. Diana was so knowledgeable, and suggested I do threading instead of waxing. She is a wealth of brow knowledge, with her having so much experience in aesthetics and brow design, I was confident taking any suggestion thrown my way.
