I have been coming here since their grand opening. From the moment I walk in, the atmosphere has always been welcoming and relaxing. I've spent $1,500 for highlights in the course of less than a year. One time in that time period have my highlights been done to my satisfaction. Getting ready to go on vacation and my hair is orange. And the response from my hair care professional is that color fades. In 45 years of having highlights on my hair I have never had my hair turn orange. Her response is I'm sorry I can't give you what you want. I guess I'm on my own here.
