Recently I found that the pilot light on my gas logs had gone out. I called the local Blossman office (which is 2 miles from my home) and a very nice and efficient techician came to the house and lit the pilot for me. I am an octogenarian and unable to bend over and crouch down to reach the pilot. He was in the house a maximum of 10 or 15 minutes. Blossman then billed me for $116! Excellent customer service! After Hurricane Helene hit we were running low on propane. I called and they were out the next day. It is hard to find a business like this which truly cares about their customers. I highly recommend them to anyone living in the Waynesville, NC area.
