For some reason totally unresponsive after 5 phone calls, 1 internet contact, and 1 in person request for larger tank and refill. No contact back ever. Went to Edisto, had me going with new tank in two weeks with one phone call.

The worst company I have ever had to deal with without question. Many issues before but the latest is insane. My credit card changed #, I tried calling a number of times to update it but no answer (of course). I get a bill with interest charges. I call again, and again, and again no answer. They now put in place an answering service who took my new card, charged the amount due and was to have Blossman's call or email me about the interest charges. Recently I found that the pilot light on my gas logs had gone out. I called the local Blossman office (which is 2 miles from my home) and a very nice and efficient techician came to the house and lit the pilot for me. I am an octogenarian and unable to bend over and crouch down to reach the pilot. He was in the house a maximum of 10 or 15 minutes. Blossman then billed me for $116! SHOUTOUT to Blossmans Waynesville store for taking care of my family and the community in a time of need after Hurricane Helen in a timely and professional way!!! I was not even a Blossman customer and they took care of me like I was, needless to say I look forward to being a Blossman customer now moving forward!
