I would not recommend them to anyone. They use to be a wonderful company. But now, it’s horrible. Can never get in touch with the Manager. Marie has lied us twice. So if anyone is looking for a propane company, definitely DON’T go to Blossman.

If I could I'd give blossman in Burnsville a ZERO I would, the drivers are great but policies are bad every time I call it's your tank has plenty I'm on keep full program and I only see a truck if I holler at them the office ladies are stuck with this and that is what we only do . I called now 5 months in a row and if I say I'm at 40% they say we don't do anything until 30 likewise if I say I'm at 50% it's 40% by office lady I think it's not fair in my opinion

Let me begin with I AM NOT A CUSTOMER!!!!! They pulled into my driveway to fill the house next doors propane. I told them from my security camera you are trespassing,get off my property. The driver ignored me. I called and talked to a manager that they do not have permission to be on my property. Yesterday they came on My property again for the house next door. I live in a very remote part of WNC, just above 4,800 feet, and noticed after work on a Friday evening that my propane levels hit 0%. It's February and snow and ice are covered along the roads to my house. I called Blossman Gas and their after hours operator connected with Jerry. Jerry was amazing! He was quick to call me back, make it to my house, risked my super sketchy driveway (prioritizing me as a customer), all to make sure I'd have heat and access to my appliances over the weekend. The worse gas company I have ever dealt with. I had a transfer when I bought the house 4 years ago. The tank was leaking. I had service man to come more than 1 occasion. The tank continued to leak. I finally had a cap put on in 2021. They told me if they picked up the tank I would be charged. So, we left it there. No one told me I will be bled a service fee and others fees. The tank continued to leak. Now I am asking for a refund which should have been sent to me, less $150.
