Well I went by my normal place I buy propane and they was out today! And where I get my propane gets there’s from blossman. So to save me a trip I said I will go to blossman and get my 2 100lb tanks filled boy was that a mistake you pay after you have them filled and they charged me double what I pay at my normal place! I can understand wanting people to use your distribution places but double the price come on! I'm going to have to agree with all the other folks that say there couldn't possibly be a worse gas company. Their representatives seem insulted when I call to remind them that I am running out of gas. Their customary response is they can't get to everybody.
I would not recommend them to anyone. They use to be a wonderful company. But now, it’s horrible. Can never get in touch with the Manager. Marie has lied us twice. So if anyone is looking for a propane company, definitely DON’T go to Blossman.
If I could I'd give blossman in Burnsville a ZERO I would, the drivers are great but policies are bad every time I call it's your tank has plenty I'm on keep full program and I only see a truck if I holler at them the office ladies are stuck with this and that is what we only do . I called now 5 months in a row and if I say I'm at 40% they say we don't do anything until 30 likewise if I say I'm at 50% it's 40% by office lady I think it's not fair in my opinion
