I have a gas heater in my living room that leaks gas. I called to make an appointment and had to wait a couple of weeks. He was suppose to come today mid morning well I sat here all morning no call no show. I called and she said it was cancelled and scheduled for three weeks from now. This in unacceptable. You never even called me to tell me you canceled my appointment without my permission. I am thinking of finding another company this is poor customer service.
