Tommy and Devin were very efficient and polite!! Very pleased with the installation and setup!
They showed up with the wrong remote and corresponding receiver . The tech couldn’t figure out why it wouldn’t work so I called Tec support ( Hargrave in Oklahoma) . Hargrave told us that we had the wrong set ( even though I gave Blossman the correct model number over the phone) . Blossman wanted me to keep the remote and the receiver even though the receiver wouldn’t work . I was not willing to pay for a receiver that didn’t work so I insisted they take back their set. The service manager still wanted to charge me 1/2 of th... read more
