Anthony and Tommy were great. Called before they came and promptly went to work. Put our new tank in and did safety check. Made sure everything worked. Thanks so much for all the hard work.
These people cannot communicate and do not return phone calls… have made 8 phone calls to our sales guy Michael Dooley over the past 3 weeks (prior to the storm) and not a single call back
Just had Tommy and Anthony come out and hook up a gas tank to our fireplace. These two guys are friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to help. They checked everything out and were able to explain everything in layman’s terms. Great representatives for the company. Highly recommended.
We were a long 40 year customer of Bucanan Gas in Travelers Rest before Blossom bought them. The customer service with Blossom is pitiful! Their professionalism is extremely lacking! And their lack of concern for elderly customers is disgusting. Blossom protocol is a truck in the area every 2 weeks, we're told. Yet if the driver misses you, forgets you, whatever the reason, there is no possibility of getting your gas for another 2 weeks!
