Excellent techs and pricing. Scheduling is very troublesome post Helene. Recommend being transparent with situation and post explanation on web site explaining why regular delivery capability is a challenge and steps underway to address.
Travelers Rest location is awful. Lady on the phone was rude, promised to have our tank filled on a certain day and showed up unannounced a week later. I live less than a mile from their store. Same thing happened to my neighbor. We have used Buchanan for 7 years and they were fantastic. Blossom bought them out last year and it has been nothing but headaches ever since. STAY AWAY!
I do not recommend this place at all moving my dad's service as cold as was yesterday no heat he went there at opening another call at around 1 was told will be out to fill never showed up as I've been told customer service rude, lies, probably never wrote down or sent to service tried calling when no show at 745 pm recording saying 30 in que never got nowhere poor customer relations reviews poor and and when say who it is never a good word since buchanan closed had service over 25 years never a problem with fill nor account... read more
