We have been a customer for years. I understand gas prices are high. I did; however, price has in a different city and it was .28/gallon cheaper.  A new line check was done with 2 leaks identified. I do not believe that the delivery man did a check EVERY TIME he delivered gas as was stated to me by the in office personnel. She stated a line check was done with every delivery. I have watched the delivery and at no time have I ever seen the delivery man spray the instruments inside the chimney type structure to check for this.... read more

I cannot speak for other consumers, but Blossman only gets a 10 form me. Right after hurricane Helene we could not even get our regular propane company to come out to us. We stopped in Blossman in Hendersonville, and they came out 3 days after we went there. We were in desperate need of propane as we have a full house generator and were providing water and meals to whoever needed it. Our driveway was majorly damaged due to the hurricane, so we had to pull the hose up 100 ft. mountain to get it filled. No problem. Our technic... read more

Tanner Walka and Tommy are the best! They work at Blossman Gas Trenton, GA. They are polite, patient, professional, efficient and take pride in well-done jobs. I am very pleased with their service. I am a 7 plus year customer of Blossman Gas. All is good with them when there is no problem. When a problem comes up they will not work with you and are extremely uncaring. Filled tank in December and then showed up again in February which totally off the schedule they always follow. Suspect they broke or cracked something on tank in December but now they say there is a leak and will cause nearly $2,000.00 to repair. Most of cost is evacuating tank which is labor cost. I received a call from the driver at 6:15 pm ( waited all day for them to show up) to tell me that "the boss man" said he could not bring me any gas because I hung up on someone name Dee was the name I believe. The lady was rude and made a huffing/laughing sound when I could not explain to her if I had gas in my tank or not. There new tanks only have a red for empty or green for full card but nothing to actually show the customer how much gas is in the tank. I’ve been buried with my rented Blossman Gas propane tank and want to shout a warning to others so they don’t fall into this pit. In 1994 my wife and I built our home in north Georgia. Because we both prefer the warmth of a gas furnace over an electric heat-pump we opted to use LP (propane) gas after learning natural gas was not available in our subdivision. Put in gas logs too big for my fireplace and has ruined marble on fireplace - refused to fix the problem if I would have used logs like they told me we plus have burned my house down -

Many thanks to Tony. We lost our hot water flow from the tankless water heater. Of course it happened on a Sunday. After calling the answering service and leaving a message, Tony called right back. It turned out to be a simple fix that Tony talked my husband through. Thanks Tony you are a life saver

I had no problem with Blossman until this past winter. I live in a cabin/camping resort. Blossman leaves invoices on my door when they deliver gas. They delivered gas to me supposedly every 2 weeks during November and December. During those times I really didn't even notice the differences in the invoices. But when I sat down to pay them I noticed 2 of the invoices were in another persons name that lives in the park.
