The payment plan by Blossman is a scam. It is a cancellation fee disguised as a payment plan. If the account is closed for whatever reason or no matter how long you have been a customer the charge for closing the account is at least $500. I gave almost a month notice of selling the home. They filled up the tank without my request and on the closing date 3 weeks later they charged me over $500 for the propane they “left” in my tank. I suggest paying as you go. Dave L. Was my service tech. He took the time to educate me and teach me how all my gas systems and appliances worked. How to maintain and care for them. What to look for before a problem presents. He also installed the LP gas line for my new 36” gas range. Overall, I’m extremely thankful and satisfied with his work and service. 5 stars!!!
The Lafayette office is the best for me. They are polite and professional. Their service is excellent. I’m on the automatic delivery so I don’t worry about running out of gas. Thank you all for working so hard.
Very dishonest business. They try to make you sign a contract where they can charge you for gas whether you request or not. You have to order a minimum amount of gas, and if you do not, they charge you for that amount. They can charge any unit fee for the gas, after you sign the contract. Their contracts are so unfair and one-sided. Do not sign them. If I can give them zero stars I would have.
