The Lafayette office is the best for me. They are polite and professional. Their service is excellent. I’m on the automatic delivery so I don’t worry about running out of gas. Thank you all for working so hard.
Very dishonest business. They try to make you sign a contract where they can charge you for gas whether you request or not. You have to order a minimum amount of gas, and if you do not, they charge you for that amount. They can charge any unit fee for the gas, after you sign the contract. Their contracts are so unfair and one-sided. Do not sign them. If I can give them zero stars I would have.
A bunch of crooks!! don't think because your account shows a $0.00 balance that your done paying until your next refill! They still keep charging after the fact to just say "it rolls over as credit towards your next fill up" now I have to pay $315.00 right after Christmas to just get my tank filled during the winter time with Temps getting below freezing at night! Also I have never been late on a payment an this is the 1st time I have and they will not work with you to help!!!
