Will now be without gas / heat this entire weekend. When I called the emergency line I was given the “offer” to come out for $150 plus cost of gas refilled. The company states they sent an email asking if they want gas filled. They’ve NEVER done this in the past 3 years we’ve used them. All of a sudden they fall back on “we sent an email asking if you wanted it filled”. Lie! Email never sent. Needed a buried tank installed. Palmetto/Blossman gas came in, did exactly what they said they would for the price they quoted. Done in a day. (Amerigas took 6 months and many calls to even fill our tank). Julio was great to work with and answered my - many - questions. Also, they have an app to see what your tank is at, no more looking in a snake pit to see if you need gas! Highly recommend. 10 out of 5 stars.
Always available for their customers. Very happy to have made the switch from blue tears since the overcharge & won't even get their old tank off my property. Thank you blossmans!
