Ordered a refill of propane only to be told they had no records of the order. 3 time's now on on list AGAIN. We'll see if third time's the charm not happy.Never had this problem when it was yeoman's gas.Rule number 1 take care of your customers or someone else will.

Will now be without gas / heat this entire weekend. When I called the emergency line I was given the “offer” to come out for $150 plus cost of gas refilled. The company states they sent an email asking if they want gas filled. They’ve NEVER done this in the past 3 years we’ve used them. All of a sudden they fall back on “we sent an email asking if you wanted it filled”. Lie! Email never sent.
