This gas company went majorly down hill when bought out by Blossom Gas company. I have a large tank that only runs a fire place, therefore; I do not use a lot of gas. I did not have a tank rental prior, however; Blossom decided to put a rental in place at the tune of $159. That seems excessive. When I called the lady was passive aggressive. Didn't really offer any help such as switching out for a smaller tank. I told her I wanted to cancel my service and she informed me she would put in a request for my tank to be picked up.... read more

Have used Blossman for three different houses now and have nothing but good to say about them. Their customer service and responsiveness is fantastic and their high commitment to safety is superior to most. Gene handled our recent installation and was wonderful, personable and informative. Your employee, Ken (never got his last name), was a pleasure to deal with. My family rented Kuhl Breeze on lighthouse drive in Corolla for our thanksgiving weeks long vacation. we did not know anyone was coming to service the house but when he showed up I stayed with Ken while he did his job.
