Mr. Pipkin was very helpful with assisting our fire academy class during the propane emergencies section of training. He was friendly and professional. Class act!
I was looking for a place to refill my RVs propane tank. The combined wait time for the first two companies to take my call was more time than it took for me to call, get an actual local on the phone, drive down there, and get it filled. This will be who takes care of my propane needs from now on.
This hasn't worked out for our home.
Angel was very helpful in addressing my concerns about using propane gas (my previous home had natural gas) and walking me through the service agreement. We have been very happy with the service we receive from Blossman.
This gas company went majorly down hill when bought out by Blossom Gas company. I have a large tank that only runs a fire place, therefore; I do not use a lot of gas. I did not have a tank rental prior, however; Blossom decided to put a rental in place at the tune of $159. That seems excessive. When I called the lady was passive aggressive. Didn't really offer any help such as switching out for a smaller tank. I told her I wanted to cancel my service and she informed me she would put in a request for my tank to be picked up.... read more
