Jonathon and Austin serviced my gas logs today and performed exceptional service. Removed everything from the ventless log fireplace and did a thorough cleaning and maintenance procedure. Replaced all batteries in remote starter and hand held unit. I highly recommend this team for quality of work and attention to detail.

Driver was so distracted, he was all over the road, almost hit multiple mailboxes. Obviously no background checks given

Jonathan is the best guy that has ever come to our home to clean our fireplace. We thought we needed to replace the glass it was so bad. Used a razor with glass cleaner and looks like new. He was training Austin both very professional and friendly. Jonathan was very efficient replaced batteries cleaned everything even checked our propane tank. Will definitely request him next time.

We visited the store to learn about a new ventless fireplace. Trudy was excellent in walking us through everything we needed to know. She was patient, very knowledgeable and very thorough. She made a rather complicated purchase much more understandable.
