Johnathon came today to replace our old fireplace insert. He was very thorough explaining the start up, shut down and maintenance. He also checked our stove burners and adjusted one to work efficiently then checked the outside propane tank. Johnathon was a delight to have as our serviceman! Highly recommend this company!!

Called to schedule an appointment to have my Tankless Water heater serviced as they were a dealer. Filled out their credit information and NEVER received a call back . I had to call them back to see if they were interested in doing business, or not. Magically my account was being set up the same day I called. Will look for dealer with better customer service.
They’ve been helpful and communicative through out the process of getting an in the ground tank installed and a tankless water heater. Craig walked me through the process and has given me timely answers for any questions. Highly recommend Blossman and Craig!
