Called to schedule an appointment to have my Tankless Water heater serviced as they were a dealer. Filled out their credit information and NEVER received a call back . I had to call them back to see if they were interested in doing business, or not. Magically my account was being set up the same day I called. Will look for dealer with better customer service.
They’ve been helpful and communicative through out the process of getting an in the ground tank installed and a tankless water heater. Craig walked me through the process and has given me timely answers for any questions. Highly recommend Blossman and Craig!
Blossom installed an outdoor kitchen and fire pit for us. They did a great job in helping pick what we needed . They were great to work with . We certainly recommend them . Pat & Theresa
I woke up one Friday morning to no hot water. My 20 year old tankless Rinnai was done! I called Blossman (because propane heats my water) and was surprised that they could get someone out ASAP. They were at my door 20 minutes later! Within 1 hour, the technician, Johnathon, had the old one out and the new one installed. He called the office to see if they had one in stock , they did, and they delivered it to the house while he was removing the old one.
