I woke up one Friday morning to no hot water. My 20 year old tankless Rinnai was done! I called Blossman (because propane heats my water) and was surprised that they could get someone out ASAP. They were at my door 20 minutes later! Within 1 hour, the technician, Johnathon, had the old one out and the new one installed. He called the office to see if they had one in stock , they did, and they delivered it to the house while he was removing the old one. Great place, and great prices!
Johnathan and Stephen installed and educated me on the use of my new logs. Craig was our salesperson and was great at communication. Now, I have to finally decide on tile! So excited and great service.
Johnathan Baker and helper just installed our new gas logs and tank. Excellent Job! Very knowledgeable and efficient.
Negative 1 star… horrible annoying and over all crap service!!!!!! Will stop by daily for $100 that is a BS charge!!!!! Fords was 10000% better in every way.. Cheers
