The Blossman Gas team are fantastic to deal with! Melissa in the office got our transfer setup and scheduled. She coordinated everything, making the setup up of services seamless. Then they sent out Brandon, who is just wonderful. He took his time and thoroughly checked all the lines and fireplace, which gave us great peace of mind. I definitely feel the Blossman team in Warrenton go above and beyond! We have had services with nearly every competitor and they are by far the best!
I just wanted to leave this review because there’s one employee I really want to praise. I can’t list every detail, but she was a woman whose name started with M. I sincerely apologize for not remembering her name correctly. She was truly professional, incredibly patient, understanding, and genuinely kind. Today I had a service call made by Brandon out of the Warrenton Virginia Office of the Bossman Gas Company. The work was to level a propane tank and do Generator service. The tech not only did what was in the order but looked over all my equipment and found things that need to be corrected. His support was outstanding in terms of Quality, Timeliness, and Caring. His support including the front Office staff reflects great credit upon not only themselves but Bossman Gas Company.
I’ve been incredibly hesitant on posting a review because I love and adore the technicians and other faculty of this business. I’ve been a customer for over a year, at the beginning it was good. The front desk lady whose name starts with an M needs a serious attitude check. She is miserable and I am sympathetic to a degree but she makes me uncomfortable and I do not like dealing with her. Everyone else is good, she is just unbearable. Please learn to be kind to everyone around you.
Compared to BIG company competitors (I see you Amerigas & Quarles), this local company is first class & customer oriented. You can call & actually talk to a human who knows you & your gas useage, they will discuss anything with you upfront if you ask questions. They installed my underground tank & lines to my house & generator, come out to do safety leak checks, closely monitor useage so I don't run out in the cold of the winter, & always get gas to me.
