After two days of waiting on their return call, I was told my account was terminated 2019, then she Amy, said no, 2022. I had no idea why I was treated so poorly and why she hung up on me and made sure to remind me this is Dec! It was an old bill not in my name. I just needed to get assistance lighting a pilot light on my gas logs I purchased from them. I even asked for corporate support and I asked if I could pay for a service tech to come help. I spoke with Jonathan at Blossman Gas in Hattiesburg who was very helpful and friendly. He made sure that we got gas the same day. Also, Tonya Crisp was the gas salesman that delivered our gas. She was awesome as well. I really appreciate them both for great service that they provided.

My family was out of gas to heat our home , I called and tried to ask questions about the least amount they could deliver as I’ve never ordered gas before and the lady would not shut up long enough for me to even ask ! She kept interrupting me and told me If I was out of gas I needed to be better prepared and how expensive it is to move their trucks around ! Not the way to do customer service! Not impressed! Still had to pay for 50 gallons, but at least Easons explained everything to me about how it all works !

Thanks for Years of great service. Our Glassblowing shop uses a lot of propane! Anthony comes once a week to fill up our tank, Patricia in the office is a pleasure to talk to. Professional and friendly… how nice! 👍🏻 thanks again Merry Christmas!
