Wow! What service! I literally called 4 hours ago to advise blossman I was at 10 percent with my home LP. I have elderly in my house and we need heat. The truck was done filling up my propane by 840pm. Thank you so much for an amazing service Blossman!
Great at gaslighting, horrible with gas service. Refused to fill my tank they were prepaid . I caught them saying some very distasteful things when they finally came! If you need gas you’ll be lucky if they leave you hanging in purgatory for weeks! Dealing with Blossman really is hell!
For three years in a row, we have had to beg to get propane to our house so we can use our home. We require two deliveries in a calendar year both during the winter, and they have to scare us every winter so that we don’t feel comfortable using our home. The reason is always they are behind. They have one job, deliver propane to their customers on a regular basis. They take our money every month, but aren’t compelled to service us. If you have a choice, pick another company.
An absolutely terrible company. When you call ahead to have your tank filled so it’s on your route day they say it may not be on that specific day because they only have one driver and then want to charge you extra fees for it not being on your route day. Also had a driver mess with the regulator and set it extremely high to where the flames were coming out of the fire place and almost burning the mantle of the fire place down. Sad, disappointing service. I have been very disappointed with Blossman Gas. When attempting to have propane delivered, I’ve had to call multiple times to get any answers or have anyone come out despite having an open delivery ticket. While trying to be proactive and not allow my tank to run too low, knowing how long it takes to even get anyone out here, I was made to feel it was my fault that the company is having issues beyond anyones control.
