Horrible! We stopped using this company years ago because of their horrible customer service and strange charges like other reviews have pointed out. They filled our tank without our consent and then they still charged us for it. After different emails with different people saying different balances, there was an agreement to make payments as we had… then, Charity one of the Branch Administrators changed that… this individual has no customer service or people skills and is extremely rude. They make you fill out 20 different forms and then they won’t return an email or a phone call. I’m trying to get a hundred dollars of propane and it’s the most unbearable process.
