Outstanding and friendly service, first time but won't be the last time getting my tanks refilled
I ended service with this company and am a bit conflicted with my review so here it is... not sure if it will help the company or not. 1. I purchased a home last year and did not realize I did not own propane tank. It turns out the tank was a rental. Blossman locked my tank off without notice or any attempt to contact me which left me without hot water for a day or two. Needed to get 3 propane cylinders filled. Was told by the attendant that they would help me in a few minutes. No other customers were in the store. I waited 20 minutes and no one came to fill my cylinders. Left there and went to Tractor Supply. I won't be going there ever again, customer service was pathetic.

Blossman Gas in Ranson, WV has been a total mess of an experience we have had with them for over a years. From disregarding our emails and voicemails by not responding all the way to creating inaccurate billing statements requiring us to call nearly everytime to rectify it, and much more that I dont have time to write them all here, we are extrememly displease with this company. I highly suggest anyone looking to work with Blossman, think about getting another estimate and another Gas company.
