My dad lived in Rockmart before his recent passing and I inherited the property. I don't live in the area and was informed by a third party that the heat at his house was not working. I was unaware that the propane tank was empty and an ice storm was coming. I spoke with Joey over the phone who really helped me out. I am very disappointed in this company. I have been a customer for over 30 years. I called last week, on a Tuesday, to have my tank filled, I know my normal delivery date is on a Wednesday so I was fine with it being delivered the following week, which is what I was told. Wednesday and Thursday came and went. I went to their office in Cedartown Thursday afternoon at about 4:00. I was told that I had enough in my tank and would not run out until they got it filled.
