This company is extremely overpriced. They charged me 3x more than 2 other estimates I got after they installed my tank and water heater. 4 hrs work and over $4000 to install my tank and W/H that I already paid for. 2 estimates from 2 other companies was $1150 and $1400 to do the same instalation. My builder installed all the black pipe so I just needed my tank hooked up (about 15 ft away) and the W/H installed on the wall (all plumbing was in place already). Get pricing up front from them then call around and compare.
Over priced thieves! Nearly $5000 to connect my propane tank to my existing pipe...13' away. Also same day install a continuous water heater that was prepaid months ago at Blossman's request $1,234. Then they added nearly $1000 to that price saying that was a deposit. That unit sells for $1300 on Amazon and $1450 at Lowes. They charged me for the unit only $2200 plus instalation. I recently had to call Blossman for an after hours emergency service. We were experiencing issues with our auxiliary heat system that turned out to be from our propane tank being too low to operate everything. Timing was unfortunate as it was the morning of a big winter storm. Fortunately I was able to get in contact with Blossman and they had a service tech out in our area. Shawn stopped by our house and not only filled our tank, but he also checked all our valves to ensure everything was functioning properly before he left... read more
Very pleased with the service we got when switching to Blossman. Easy process of signing up in the office. The following week, Thomas Meeks came out to inspect the tank and fill it up. He was super nice and helpful. Even explained what he was doing as he was going it. Not sure if there was a way to leave a tech a review, so wanted to leave 5 stars for Thomas here.
