I'm in the process of getting laser hair removal, and I'm extremely happy with the results so far. I had tried using an at-home IPL machine, and it was so time consuming and ineffective with my more stubborn hair. I was a bit nervous at first because I've never worked with a laser hair technician before, but Ali did a great job making me feel comfortable and relaxed about the whole process. I would recommend her to anyone wanting laser hair removal. It's so much faster and more effective then doing it at home
