Alli was excellent providing laser hair removal! She knows what she's doing, I'm thrilled with the results.
Be careful. Moved to NC and switched injectors for Melissa. After the 1st injection i could tell she did not understand proper injection technique and had not gone in depth in training for it. Went back to have it fixed, set an appointment for the fix. Instead of dissolving like a responsible injector should, she convinced me to inject more, stated ver batam “maybe this will help fill the lumps”. I should have ran. Decided to follow her guidance. As a Black woman, it’s essential that my esthetician understand my skin. Not only is the team incredible, but they are backed by a nurse practitioner who knows her stuff inside out!
