been working with them for months now. Originally had someone in charge of my restoration who was taking forever with it, but I guess he left the company and instead i got a guy named David. He took care of it in a matter of weeks and corrected the stuff the other guy had left/messed up. Good work overall and the crew seems nice. Customer service was consistent and great.
We hired Bloque Restoration after discovering a roof leak during a major monsoon in October. They responded quickly to the emergency, set up drying equipment, and assured us they would handle communication with our insurance company throughout the claim. My calls are being ignored. Non-communicative. Overpriced. Awful experience. They removed my stuff Feb 12... It's July 15 now and my bathroom is still open (just do the math)... My house stinkin coz pipes are open. Sorry I have to do the google review because nobody responds to my call. I am left hanging.
