I hired Bloque Water Damage Restoration to clean up and restore my property after a flood, but they didn't do a thorough job. They missed several areas of damage, and I had to hire another company to finish the job. Their communication was also poor, and I had to constantly follow up with them to get updates.

Bloque Water Damage Restoration's pricing is unclear and misleading. They quoted me one price upfront, but the final bill was significantly higher. When I questioned the charges, they claimed I had agreed to the additional services, which was not true. Felt ripped off and taken advantage of.
