The hospital is very accommodating and make sure you van find a suitable time and date for your pets. Their personnel it's always very helpful and make sure they do everything they can to help you. Dr. Mak is very kind and makes sure everything is doing OK with my guinea pig pets.
I was visiting my daughter and one of my dogs had an emergency situation. Everyone at the clinic was professional, caring and friendly. They gave us an appointment within hours of me explaining the problem and we left with appropriate treatment. I do not reside in Etobicoke but if I did, I would definitely consider this clinic for my dogs care. So if you are local and reading this, I would give them a 10 out of 10, so consider this clinic if you are looking for one for your furry family.
