If I could give this place 0 I would, don’t ever bring your animals to them, this is not a trust worthy veterinary to go to I brought my dog here because she Ate two dark chocolate bars I called them and they told me to bring my dog over there ASAP. I like the warm, caring and tender way the staff treats our pet. They are very helpful and would address all our questions. The treatment plan is also reasonable.

I previously had very positive experiences with this clinic, but recently I’ve felt disappointed with some of their billing practices. Over the past few visits, I’ve noticed recommendations for additional testing accompanied by estimates, even when those tests did not seem necessary. My most recent visit was for a routine vaccine booster. The vaccine was administered by a technician in the lobby, and the appointment was very brief. Dr. ‍ak was a privilege to work with while providing a diagnosis for my cat Zorro. Dr. ‍ak & the BloorMill Veterinary Hospital team were very professional and went above and beyond for me while scheduling an urgent appointment than calling back to offer an earlier appointment which was very much appreciated!!! Highly recommended them!!!
