Terrible experience. Moved from out of province and needed a vet to do a fairly urgent procedure on my dog. I called around a few places and decided to give them a chance. I explained the situation over the phone and was told I could be accommodated and explained my worries and the semi urgency needing care. I went for my initial appointment in expectation I would be seen for the procedure the same week after an examination and estimate. Upon arriving the receptionist was not very welcoming. Dr. Sakhal and his assistant Victoria are highly professional. This is our second year bringing our little Yorkie to this clinic for vaccinations, and we’ve always had a great experience. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and reasonably priced. Thank you !
