We had a wonderful experience at the animal hospital. The doctor was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Victoria was also incredibly helpful, caring, and welcoming throughout our visit. It was clear that they genuinely care about the animals and their well-being. Highly recommended
This was my first time visiting this place, and unfortunately, the experience was not the best. I arrived without an appointment, and they initially agreed to see my puppy. However, after waiting for about an hour, we were told they could not proceed with the vaccination because their card payment terminal was not working and they were only accepting cash. I brought my seven-year-old dog to Dr. Sohal at Sohal Veterinary Clinic for a second opinion after first seeing my regular vet, whom I’ve been going to since she was born. There was a bit of a wait, but it was completely worth it. Dr. Sohal was kind, thorough & took the time to explain everything. He even went above & beyond by swabbing her ears, unrelated to the appointment, and checking a small bump on her back.
