I’ve been coming here for a while, but the service has really gone downhill. Wait times are extremely long, even for simple prescription refills. It’s frustrating when staff seem unorganized or overwhelmed. I hope management takes this seriously and improves customer service. I’ll be moving my prescriptions to CVS
This place never has enough workers. Director told me they are short staffed and I’m tired of this excuse. I feel bad for the employees. Must be a management issue
Customer service sucks!! Drive thru pickup took forever. I have been in shorter lines in a theme park. Kelsey was rude!! No compassion
