Garry just finished servicing my Worcester combi boiler. Great guy, very professional, friendly and respectful to our property. Highly recommended. Thanks again Garry and hope to see you again soon.
Called Gary twice and left messages with details of the problem with my boiler. Heard nothing back... 5 days since last call, so given up. If these guys are too busy, or just don't fancy the job, a quick call to make an excuse would be common courtesy and display a modicum of professionalism. Shame really as he came recommended. No recommendation from me. Just poor...
