Booked a flu jab , arrived on time for my appt, told to take a seat “while the pharmacist prepares the vaccine” - after being ignored for 20 minutes I walked out . Didn’t even get a phone call from them . Two complaint emails ignored ! Obviously the culture of this business !
Janice was absolutely wonderful in there. I’m a Goodwin carer and was grabbing scripts for a client of mine. She walked around and grabbed everything I needed even wrote on the back of the note to give back to the client saying on how much she should not have and how much she should have really wonderful service.
Not your typical pharmacy.
