Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend I had a very disappointing experience with 1-800-Flowers of Winter Park. The delivery was late, and when it finally arrived, the bouquet was in poor condition — the flowers looked old, dry, and one was even missing. On top of that, the balloons and flower food I paid for were not included in the order. I have received some of the most beautiful flowers for my birthday. My fiancee sent to my office. The rest of the girls and I found 5 different beautiful flowers we didn't know existed. My fella knows I'm not a rose person and this florist listened and didn't add anyway as many do. Thank you for the beautiful arrangement and thank you for teaching me some new flower loves.
This company scams people do not use them. Ordered flowers for mother's Day which were never delivered, was told they "ran out" of the design and tried to contact me. I have no record of either an email or a phone call. I requested a refund and every time I call I get an excuse as to why the refund hasn't been processed. Been told the manager has to manually do it. When I ask to speak to the manager, I'm told they are not there. When I ask what the manager's regular hours are so I can call then. My daughter saved her money from her PT job so that I could get a beautiful bouquet delivered at work. These flowers are horrible. I can’t believe they have the nerve to call them “fresh”. All my daughter wanted was to brighten my day and all I feel is sadness by her being ripped off.
