Do not use this company. I unfortunately ordered a gift basket and it never showed up. Never got an email notification that it was ever delivered. I called, and no one answered. Got scammed big time. Update: ok they did contact me and try to fix the issue and it eventually was delivered so I do appreciate it. The gift basket appearance could have been better, but I guess I'll take what I can get. However, it should not take me to write a bad review in order for you to fix the issue.
Awesome flower arrangement and ready for pick up!
This was the most embarrassing experience. I paid $68 to send a gift basket to my friend in the hospital and they sent dollar tree junk. I’m filing a dispute with my credit card company as well. Do not order from them I am showing photos of what I order and what they sent
Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend I had a very disappointing experience with 1-800-Flowers of Winter Park. The delivery was late, and when it finally arrived, the bouquet was in poor condition — the flowers looked old, dry, and one was even missing. On top of that, the balloons and flower food I paid for were not included in the order. I have received some of the most beautiful flowers for my birthday. My fiancee sent to my office. The rest of the girls and I found 5 different beautiful flowers we didn't know existed. My fella knows I'm not a rose person and this florist listened and didn't add anyway as many do. Thank you for the beautiful arrangement and thank you for teaching me some new flower loves.
