I've been using Blooms for years for all special occasions and they never fail to deliver spectacular arrangements, each one is unique and more creative than the last! I love contemporary arrangements and exotic flowers and Elaine always creates something stunningly beautiful. The value for money is outstanding as well, second to none! Both Elaine and Brian are so lovely and offer such a personal and friendly service. Can't recommended Blooms enough!!
