We ordered Teleflora’s Pretty Pastel Bouquet (deluxe size) from Blooms by May and were disappointed with what we received. The arrangement looked significantly smaller than expected and contained far more greenery than flowers. May informed us that substitutes had been made when we contacted to resolve the issue later that day, something we had not been told prior. She also mentioned that the replacement flowers "often have people say they don't like the look and they look shriveled," which was upsetting to hear afterward. I... read more
I have ordered flowers a couple of times from the team at Blooms by May. The team was excellent to work with and asked a lot of great questions to make sure everything ordered arrived exactly as requested. The most recent order I places at around 11:00am and with standard delivery arrived the same day! I also asked another time for a custom flower order which arrived beautifully and earned me some extra brownie points!
