Fantastic customer service! Got a call back almost immediately after I put in an order on their website, informing me that not all the flowers I had ordered were available. The employee offered to assemble the basket with other flowers with the same vibe. They did an amazing job! The assortment is lovely and exactly what I was looking for. I never thought ordering flowers for my mother across country could be so easy :)
