Blooms at the Boutique went above and beyond the highest level of customer service. I needed an arrangement for a funeral that was being held on a day that they were closed. They came in on their day off anyway and crafted the most beautiful arrangement and delivered it to the church. I am very grateful to be able to deal locally with such a caring and talented business. Thank you for your kindness.
Donna provided the best customer service that I ever received from a florist--personable and heart-felt. I had two funerals in my family and mixed up the dates of the services and Donna worked with me even after it was completely my fault for delivering flowers to a church on the wrong date. I felt totally idiotic, but Donna assured me that all was well and delivered the arrangement to the church a week later on the correct date.
