I would give zero stars but you have to give something. This place is a joke. They misdiagnose pets, prescribe wrong meds. And when your pet has a bad reaction to meds or almost dies this vet will blow you off and tell to go to indy. Even though you will be told they have some one 24/7. Found a new vet, within 24 hrs my cat is getting ALOT better. I thought BVH was the greatest place, untill this time. I will never again do business with this place.
