Over Thanksgiving I broke a molar thoroughly enough to need a dentist. I'd seen Dr. Reitmeier long ago and was impressed. She was out of the office, but I could get in to Dr. Kong the day after I called. It could easily have turned into an ordeal and definitely wasn't fun. It was more a happy accident. Great experience with dentist but awful awful experience with girls at front dest they have always been rude and just do not care about you like the dentist does. I never missed an appointment girls atvthe front desk are not willing to see if there could be a mistake like they were.The dentist are amazing. The front staff needs more training. Great experience with dentist. Awful Awful experience with the girls that answer the phones at the front desk. The dentist are great the girls at the front desk need more training. The one I got on the phone said I missed 3 appointments iv never missed and she would not ask anyone else if the computer could be wrong or something else has happened and maybe its a mix up. She just said no and that is that im no longer allowed to have my teeth fixed here anymore. That's not fair at all.
