Half *** is what this place is. I brought my vehicle for a radiator flush was given a good price so I asked how much to also replace the front shocks and lower ball joints. I was told by the manager "he was done with the repair" I gave it a look and noticed a ball joint wasn't tightened all the way, I let the mechanic know, he looked and gave it a twist but said that's as tight as it would get and that "it's OK" when I got home I took my small breaker bar and sure as heck tightened it some more.
